As an Administrator, you can manage Content Managers, Creators and Developers from the Manage Users section. The manage users section can be found on the top right-hand side of the 2mee platform.
In the manage users section, you can choose between Content managers, Creators and Developers
To Invite a Content Manager, Creator or Developer click the large ‘Invite’ button and complete the details in the form. An email will be sent to your Content Manager, Creator or Developer to activate their access to the 2mee platform.
To delete Content Managers, Creators or Developers click the delete symbol located in the top right of each user card.
To Change a Content Manager, Creator or Developers password click the key symbol located in the top right of each user card.
Each user on the 2mee platform has different access privileges. Below is a brief overview of each role on the 2mee platform.
Create new Content Managers or Creators
Create new apps within the exchange
View the app's secret key/Client Key
Add APNS or FCM Certificates
Record 2mee HoloPush messages
Delete Recorded HoloPush Messages
View old recorded HoloPush Messages
Create Jobs
Create Holo-Library items
Create new Audiences
View Reports
Record 2mee HoloPush messages
Delete Recorded HoloPush Messages
View old recorded HoloPush Messages
An Admin user can also do all of what a content manager can like create jobs, create audiences, view reports etc.
Creator users will only be invited to use the 2mee creator app and not have any access to the 2mee platform. A creator will be able to do the following on the 2mee creator app.
Record 2mee HoloPush messages
Delete Recorded HoloPush Messages
View old recorded HoloPush Messages
A developer will usually be someone from outside of your company who will be involved in setting up your platform or 2mee SDKs. A developer can do the following:
Create new apps within the exchange
View the app secret key/Client Key
Add APNS or FCM Certificates
Create Test Hologram messages (To less than 100 users only)
