Project Dashboard
The 2mee project dashboard is designed to give you an overview of the key metrics associated with your project.
You will have the ability to see which campaigns perform best, drop offs or increases in your active users and view all historical data across every channel.
Dashboard Overview
Below you will see an example project dashboard.
The example project dashboard allows you to filter your data by date range and you can also filter by the chosen channel (App Push, Web Push, SMS, App Capsule, Web Capsule).
Report Definitions
Each different channel has reporting which is tailored to how the end user reacts with your Hologram/Message. You will find definitions for what each metric means below based upon the chosen channel.
App Push
Average Clicks - The average number of clicks for all of your sent App Pushes
Most Sent Hologram - The hologram that was sent to the most devices
Messages - The total number of messages created and sent from the 2mee platform
Total Sends - The number of messages successfully sent to Google, Apple, Microsoft, etc server
Clicks - The total number of users who have clicked your push notification
Web Push
Average Plays - The average number of plays for all of your active or expired web messages
Most Played Hologram - The hologram with the most plays on Web
Messages - The total number of messages created and sent from the 2mee platform
Plays - The total number of hologram plays
Impressions - The total number of users who have seen the hologram (These users could then either play or dismiss the Hologram)
SMS
Average Clicks - The average number of clicks for all of your sent SMS messages
Most Clicked Hologram - The hologram with the most clicks via an SMS message
Messages - The total number of SMS created and sent from the 2mee platform
Total Sends - The number of SMS messages successfully sent
Clicks - The total number of users who have clicked the link within the sent SMS message
App Capsule
Average Plays - The average number of plays across all active capsules
Most Played Hologram - The hologram with the most plays via App Capsule
Messages - The total number of App Capsules created and active on the 2mee platform
Plays - The total number of hologram plays
Impressions - The total number of users who have seen the hologram (These users could then either play or dismiss the Hologram)
Web Capsule
Average Plays - The average number of plays across all active capsules
Most Played Hologram - The hologram with the most plays via Web Capsule
Messages - The total number of Web Capsules created and active on the 2mee platform
Plays - The total number of hologram plays
Impressions - The total number of users who have seen the hologram (These users could then either play or dismiss the hologram)
