Campaigns
A campaign runs an experience against a set of named contacts — your participants. Where an on-site message waits for visitors to arrive, a campaign reaches out: each contact gets their own link to the hosted experience.
What a campaign does
Section titled “What a campaign does”- You choose an experience and a set of contacts (with at least an email or phone number).
- 2mee creates a participant for each contact and allocates a personal shortcode.
- Each contact is sent their link (by email or SMS).
- When they open it, they enter the experience as that participant, and their progress is tracked against the campaign.
Triggering from your systems
Section titled “Triggering from your systems”Campaigns can be driven from your own systems instead of a manual list. A webhook from your CRM can enrol a contact and start their experience automatically — useful for event-driven outreach (e.g. “abandoned application → send a reassurance video”).
Measuring
Section titled “Measuring”Each campaign reports who was enrolled, who opened, who progressed and who reached the goal. Reaching the goal can fire an outbound event back to your systems.
Related
Section titled “Related”- Who’s in a campaign: participants.
- The links people open: shortcodes.
- Event-driven enrolment: inbound signing.
